Help design and test re-engagement ideas, and measure what works from the investor's point of view.
Analyze capital flows, including capital raised, rolled, and redeemed, and support forecasting of new capital.
Build and maintain dashboards tracking AUM, capital raised YTD, and investor engagement.
Help determine each investor's preferred communication method and support next-best-action recommendations for the team.
Provide general analytics support for investor updates, pitch materials, and leadership reporting, including checking figures for accuracy.
Keep investor data accurate by reconciling CRM records against internal investment schedules and flagging anomalies.
