Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements

Create and document user stories and features to address client needs

Participate as an active member of an agile delivery team

Test system changes to ensure quality and alignment with requirements

Release updates and new features into production environments, including iOS mobile and ServiceNow applications

Utilize JIRA to manage and track project tasks and progress

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

Adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment

Attend limited on-site meetings in the DC region (approximately once per week)

Demonstrate initiative and work independently as a self-starter
