Anthromededucation The School Social Worker at Anthromededucation supports elementary students with significant social-emotional and behavioral needs in a specialized Setting III special education program. This full-time role involves direct and indirect services, program leadership, and collaboration with educators and families.

Responsibilities

Clinical Support Through AnthroMed

Regular caseload support and mentorship from our Clinical Support Director
Bi-weekly team meetings for collaboration, networking, and case support

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work
Eligible for or holding a Minnesota PELSB School Social Worker license (Tier 3 or Tier 4), along with current licensure through the Minnesota Board of Social Work
Strong collaboration skills and interest in school-based practice
Experience supporting students with significant social-emotional and behavioral needs, including knowledge of trauma-informed care, restorative practices, and crisis intervention
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
