Required

Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it
Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual)
Reliable availability in mornings, afternoons, or evenings
Reliable transportation to client homes
Background in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or related fields

Mentorship from BCBA
Experience working with children with autism
