Responsibilities
Own GTM finance including hiring plans, quota and capacity models, compensation plans, and spend
Turn pipeline, attainment, and unit economics into actionable recommendations
Build operating plan and bookings forecast for revenue organization
Set margin targets and discount policy enforced by deal desk
Collaborate with finance lead on company planning and board reporting
Build and grow the GTM finance team
Qualification
Experience setting quotasExperience using AI tools for work
Required
Experience owning GTM or strategic finance at a high-growth startup
Experience setting quotas, building capacity models, and auditing commission plans
Background in high-rigor environments like banking, consulting, or PE
Ability to forecast consumption revenue and explain variances
