Anduril Industries Director of MRO Transformation leads the modernization and scaling of Anduril's repair operations. This role establishes core processes, selects tools and systems, and drives change management across multiple programs.
Responsibilities
Assess and learn current-state activity, tools, data and processes across Business Lines (field sustainment systems, spares tactics, ERP, accounting methods, maintenance task tracking) then build the plan to harmonize a scalable, common operating model.
Project manage selection and/or design, implementation and adoption of MRO digital backbone systems including feeding the sustainment operating system. Partner with IT, Operational Excellence and Business Operations to ensure processes and digital workflows meld.
Design and drive change management that bring Business Lines, Production, Supply Chain, and Technical Operations onto common MRO methods that can be reapplied to enable speed on new products and new locations.
Partner with the Head of MRO, Director of Repair Engineering, and Business Line Production leadership to determine the path forward for various products based on their lifecycle stage and expectation, customers, technology and volumes.
Own the transformation roadmap and business case, including scoring and prioritizing tooling and process investments (data capture, cost visibility, configuration accuracy) against cost, schedule and repair turnaround-time goals.
Establish metrics and reporting that make MRO performance (repair turnaround time, backlog, cost, tool adoption) visible across the organization and track transformation progress against them.
Build and lead a team focused on MRO process definition and improvement, tooling and change management, separate from the engineers and operators running repair day to day. Partner with Operational Excellence team to implement and manage performance.
Manage change effectively across multiple teams and locations, ensuring disparate customer needs are understood and considered.
Represent MRO transformation priorities in cross-functional planning with Program Management, Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering.
