Murgadoautomotive The IT Helpdesk Technician provides first-line technical support for Murgado Automotive Group’s corporate office. Responsibilities include remote support, hardware and software maintenance, user account management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

You’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across phone, email, and our ticketing system. Day-to-day, you’ll:
Deliver remote support using RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate and similar)
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and peripherals
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and printer issues
Document everything clearly and escalate when needed
Spot opportunities to improve IT processes and the user experience
Occasionally support after-hours projects, upgrades, or critical issues

Required

2+ years of help desk / IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset
Detail-oriented with solid organization and communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus points for CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or similar certifications, or for pursuing/holding a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
