Responsibilities

Position: Senior Developer
Location: 2251 S. Decatur Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89102 and various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
Configure and implement Salesforce and Vlocity solutions based on architectural designs to meet client needs. Collaborate within Agile teams to build scalable business processes using Apex, Lightning, and APIs. Support full project lifecycle, mentor client teams, and ensure seamless deployment and adoption. Work with the solution architect and Business Analysts to ensure proposed or built solutions will drive the desired business outcomes. Review requirements and solutions to confirm technical details are sufficient for custom code execution. Perform design and analysis including requirement gathering, Enterprise Architecture design, technical design, solution design, configuration development, quality assurance, testing, and validation. Develop Apex classes and LWC components. Develop Omniscripts, Flexcards, and Datamappers per business requirements. Develop the product and rating, product rules for Insurance. Develop an accelerator for Insurance modernization, which is built on Salesforce Core, to support AI-driven innovation. Execute deployments and resolve apex test class failures. Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of the deployment tracker. Develop and implement CRM applications for sales, service, marketing, revenue, and Community Cloud on the Salesforce platform. Developed agents to build prompt templates in Salesforce. Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with periodic relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
Educ./experience:
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Analytics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, plus one (1) year of post-baccalaureate experience as a Salesforce Developer, or in a related position. Experience must include Apex; LWC; Revenue Cloud Advanced including Agentforce Revenue Management; Digital Insurance; Omnistudio including Core & Managed Package, DocuSign, and Omnistudio Docgen. Position will be headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, with periodic relocation required to various unanticipated project worksites throughout the United States.
