Premiertruck The Parts Counter Sales role at Premier Truck Group provides customer service by assisting customers at the counter and responding to telephone inquiries. The position involves searching catalogs, calling vendors, maintaining showroom sections, and assisting warehouse personnel.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service at the counter by listening to customers and meeting their needs
Respond to telephone inquiries from customers
Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers’ needs
Call vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock
Maintain a section of the showroom floor
Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts
Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualification

High school diploma and/or GEDValid driver’s licenseNeatAdditional product training

Required

High school diploma and/or GED
Minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations
Valid driver’s license
Neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
