Responsibilities
Run synthesis campaigns delivering 100 g of characterized material
Select routes based on cost per kilogram and defend route calls
Own hazard case including reaction calorimetry and thermal characterization
Propose and triage new candidates on platform chemistries
Judge binding chemistry selectivity for various metals
Sequence campaigns and defend sequence to product lines
