BoschGroup Core Buyer - Rotating Machines at BoschGroup responsible for supplier strategy, sourcing, contracting, and price negotiations. Support new product launches and cost optimization in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Drive material field strategy with cross-functional support
Select cost-effective and qualified suppliers
Send RFQs and compile quote comparisons for sourcing decisions
Follow up on business plan targets
Ensure suppliers meet program launch requirements
Lead annual price negotiations
Drive cost reduction initiatives
Manage change management for procured parts
Represent purchasing in simultaneous engineering teams

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
3-5+ years of purchasing experience
SAP or similar ERP (Purchasing).
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Power BI or Tableau a plus.
Ability to generate networking (internal and external).
Ability to travel up to 15 - 20%.

Will consider E3 or E4 depending on years of experience.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $86,000 - $110,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
