Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you
Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes
Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders

Qualification

Active

Required

Active, independent clinical license in Alabama: LICSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent
Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
Experience with older adult or geriatric populations
