As a member of our Digital Operations team, you will help deliver value to our clients through successful implementation, execution, and support of our digital products. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate projects, support implementation activities, and ensure successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. You'll partner with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve our products and processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow their expertise in healthcare technology, digital operations, and program management.

You have experience working in healthcare, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare technology.
You have exposure to risk adjustment, quality programs, payment integrity, medical record retrieval, or related healthcare operations.
You have experience supporting SaaS, digital health, interoperability, or data-driven products.
You have worked with reporting or analytics tools such as Sigma, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
You have experience participating in process improvement initiatives or continuous improvement programs.
You have experience supporting client implementations, onboarding, or customer success programs.
