Fertigation Technician

Required

• You’re someone who takes ownership of your work, notices the small details, and doesn’t wait to be told twice — if something looks off, you investigate and correct it. You’re comfortable working independently (including weekends) and understand that fertigation accuracy directly impacts plant health and yield. You enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and keeping systems running smoothly. You follow SOPs, ask questions when needed, and bring forward solutions, not just problems. Experience in cannabis cultivation or irrigation is helpful, but a willingness to learn, take initiative, and stay consistent in data logging matters just as much.
