We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead the next phase of B2B growth, scaling revenue and building a repeatable sales engine. This leader will build and run a high-performance B2B sales organization serving foodservice channels primarily.

We are looking for a commercial leader with strong fundamentals in B2B sales: prospecting, qualification, consultative selling, negotiation, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales team development.

What you will own

This role will drive B2B growth across foodservice, retail, institutional, and distribution channels, building relationships with customers and partners across a range of commercial markets.

Revenue growth and sales strategy

Build and execute a sales strategy that creates a credible path to $100 million in revenue

Prioritize channels, customer segments, and accounts based on revenue potential, profitability, sales cycle, and operational fit.

Translate growth ambitions into annual plans, quarterly targets, territory coverage, and individual quotas.

Own sales results, balancing new customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention

Lead generation and conversion

Take full accountability for generating sufficient qualified pipeline to meet growth targets.

Develop senior relationships with major customers, distributors, and foodservice operators.
