Act as the CMO of Hostinger Mail: own the full marketing strategy and its results, including new billings, new users, other acquisition metrics, and return on investments, balancing customer value with company objectives.

Define positioning and messaging for Hostinger Mail.

Build and own the global go-to-market strategy: channel mix, growth targets, launch plans, and pricing input.

Design the growth engine across paid, organic, influencer, affiliate, and product-led channels.

Prioritize marketing opportunities based on customer insights, business impact, and feasibility.

Drive fast experimentation, validate assumptions through data, and make informed marketing decisions.

Partner with Product to shape the roadmap: bring market and customer insight into what gets built, and co-own major launches.

Build and lead the cross-functional Mail marketing team as the business scales: hiring, developing, and setting the bar for high performance.

Monitor emerging trends in AI, email, and productivity software, and translate them into growth opportunities.

Present results and plans to company leadership, backed by clear numbers: customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, and payback period.
