AbbVie AEM Engineer responsible for operation, architecture, development, and governance of AEM Cloud Service platform. Builds shared components and services for AEM Sites and implements integrations with Adobe or third-party products.
Responsibilities
Play a key role in the operation, architecture, development, and governance of AEM Cloud Service platform.
Build and iterate a comprehensive set of shared components and services for sites and products on AEM Sites.
Work to evaluate and implement integrations with other Adobe or third-party products.
Create and consume REST and GraphQL services and APIs.
Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX experts, and fellow engineers.
Contribute to a future-ready, hjgh quality, and performant code base.
Collaborate on defining internal processes, tools, and application architecture.
Share your technical solutions and product ideas with the team.
Collaborate with the business and product teams, including product managers, UX and visual designers, and fellow engineers.
Contribute to a future-ready, high quality, and performant code base.
Work with DevOps and QA teams to optimize performance and experience.
Work with the product team to refine product requirements as user stories.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer ScienceExperience with operation
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
5 years of Software development experience using Java, AEM and other fullstack technology
5 years experience with Adobe AEM technology including operation development, DevOps, modernization, enhancements, integrations, release management, process management, and platform governance within AEM
Experience with operation, architecture, development, and governance of AEM Cloud Service platform
Experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously on defining solutions, project and delivery planning, and ultimate solution delivery
Experience working with multiple teams on cross functional solutions
Experience evaluating different solutions and building proof of concepts (POCs) for business use cases
Knowledge of software engineering best practices such as Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, and code reviews
