Responsibilities
Own customer deployments end to end – from discovery and solution design through build, testing, go-live and hypercare
Turn process insights into automations using process and task-mining data
Design and build agentic AI solutions using models such as Claude, Gemini, and GPT
Pick the right model and pattern for the job considering accuracy, cost, latency, and data-privacy
Make AI reliable in production by building evaluation sets, guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints and monitoring
