Senior Analyst, Channel Strategy & Operations

Required

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
• 5+ years of experience in channel/partner operations, revenue operations, business strategy, management consulting, or a related analytical role (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
• Demonstrated fluency using AI tools to accelerate analysis, workflow prototyping, and documentation, combined with sound judgment to evaluate output integrity.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and proven ability to independently build data models, pipelines, and dashboards in Databricks or comparable platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker).
• Strong Salesforce reporting capabilities with a clear understanding of CRM/PRM data architectures and lifecycle reporting.
• Solid understanding of partner go-to-market motions (resellers, SIs, referral, co-sell, cloud marketplaces) and partner tiering or incentive structures.
• Strong business acumen and consultative skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous problems, synthesize trade-offs, and present concise recommendations to senior leaders.
• A systems-oriented mindset focused on solving upstream root causes rather than applying temporary downstream fixes.
• A track record of high achievement and a drive to grow quickly, with examples of taking on more scope than your role required
