Responsibilities

Achieve all organizing objectives within assigned national campaigns and programs
Work with organizing staff and volunteer leaders to implement strategies to build supporters and key partnerships
Coach and develop program department staff organizers to maximize skills and effectiveness
Ensure programmatic commitments and objectives are met
Ensure financial, operational, and legal compliance standards are met regarding all activities in assigned communities
