Dust Strategic Partner Marketing Lead at Dust builds the partner marketing function and shapes the 2027 global relaunch. Responsible for creating stories, campaigns, events, and tools to generate demand across partner ecosystems.
Responsibilities
We're hiring Dust's first Strategic Partner Marketing Lead to build our partner marketing function and help shape its 2027 global relaunch. You'll create the stories, campaigns, events, and tools that help partners bring Dust to market and generate demand.
The remit spans technology partners, solution partners (SIs), private equity firms, and hyperscalers. Partnerships owns the relationships and investment priorities; you turn those priorities into focused marketing initiatives and measurable pipeline. This is a senior, hands-on role: set the strategy, build alignment with partner leaders, and deliver the work.
Set the joint story and plan. Build "better together" messaging with Product Marketing, and turn integrations, shared workflows, and partner use cases into launch plans, customer stories, and proof points.
Run campaigns and events. Lead joint launches, webinars, content, email, paid campaigns, field events, and executive programs. Co-host flagship events with strategic partners and create repeatable events other partners can run themselves autonomously. Manage co-marketing budgets and secure shared commitments.
Market across partner ecosystems. For technology partners, activate integrations, marketplaces, newsletters, and communities. Equip solution partners (systems integrators) with "marketing-in-a-box" kits to promote Dust-powered services. Reach PE portfolio companies through operating-partner briefings and portfolio events. Build hyperscaler marketplace and co-marketing programs. Partner with Growth on campaigns that support partner acquisition where useful.
Equip partner sellers. Create one-pagers, talk tracks, email sequences, account-based campaigns, demos, and training that help partner teams bring Dust to customers.
Build the function and its assets. Own Dust's ecosystem presence across integration pages, directory and marketplace listings; create reusable resources such as a skills library and automated partner-announcement assets; and build the playbook for the 2027 global program relaunch.
Measure and improve. Set program goals for reach, engagement, qualified leads, and partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Work with RevOps on CRM and account-mapping attribution, report results quarterly, and shift investment toward what works.

We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris, London, San Francisco, and New York because we value the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
We have an office-first culture. Some of the best things about building at Dust are the energy, the fast decisions, and the unexpected conversations that unlock a hard problem, which happen because we are in the same room. Being together is not a formality, it is how we do our best work, and it is something we actively protect.
That said, we hire people with strong judgement and we extend that trust to how they manage their time. When working from home makes more sense for what you need to get done that day, we trust you to make that call.
The models are powerful enough. What's missing is the product layer where AI meets how companies actually work. That's what we're building: the infrastructure that lets any team turn scattered knowledge and tools into coordinated execution with agents they build, own, and run themselves.
