Troubleshoot desktop and server trading applications and backend services

Perform deep log, process, and system analysis across Linux and Windows environments

Drive permanent fixes in collaboration with Service Owners

Validate market opens, exchange session transitions, maintenance windows, and holiday schedules

Test, deploy, and roll back releases as necessary
