Accenture Federal Services ServiceNow Business Analyst at Accenture Federal Services supports Agile delivery for ServiceNow platform enhancements. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders and managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including backlog refinement, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Identify and refine backlog items with clients, stakeholders, and product owners. Create and maintain Agile delivery artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and release documentation. Partner with senior ServiceNow developers to deliver platform enhancements and operational updates. Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Perform business process analysis and recommend opportunities for process improvement. Execute functional and user acceptance testing and support development of automated test scripts where appropriate. Support change management activities, training materials, communications, and solution adoption. Respond to ad hoc stakeholder requests for application support, reporting, process guidance, and business insights. Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and issues to support successful releases.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
