Responsibilities
As the Head of Client Delivery, you'll own both how we deliver for our clients and our client outcomes. From hiring client strategists to building client delivery playbooks, you’ll be responsible for how we keep clients happy at scale. You will work closely with your engineering counterpart to decide where the division of responsibility should optimally fall.
This is a high ownership, high urgency, management role for someone who thrives on execution velocity and is comfortable moving across multiple engagements at once. You'll work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure our business is delivering on our promise.
The right person will assemble a uniquely spiky team and create a culture where Client Strategists are constantly growing and up-leveling.
