Applications The Senior Associate Mobile Developer builds and maintains native Android applications using Kotlin and follows SOLID design principles. This role involves working within Agile teams to develop, test, and support mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain native Android mobile applications using Kotlin programming language;
Implement new features following SOLID design principles and ISN mobile architecture guidelines;
Create secure, scalable, testable, documented applications that can grow over time;
Work within and across Agile teams to develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies;
Write clean, efficient, well-formatted, well-documented code following current best practices/SOPs;
Maintain parity between iOS and Android mobile applications in ISNs portfolio; and
Assure unit testing code coverage meets ISN standard.
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or foreign equivalent) and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or a Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation.
Special Requirements: Must have any academic training or experience in all the following:
Android Core Development & Language - Kotlin development, multiplatform, coroutines/flows, threading, and building/deploying Android applications;
Architecture & Patterns - MVVM/Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection (Hilt/Dagger/Koin), and lifecycle management (ViewModel/LiveData);

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Two years of experience in software engineering or related occupation
Academic training or experience in Android Core Development & Language
Experience with MVVM/Clean Architecture and SOLID principles
Experience with Jetpack Compose and UI development
Experience with data storage and security features
Experience with testing and quality assurance tools
Experience with Git version control and CI/CD workflows
