End User Services (IT Support) Analyst

Required

• 2+ years of experience providing technical support for workstations; candidates with a broad range of experience levels are encouraged to apply
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to workstation hardware, computer systems and applications
• Experience with all Microsoft desktop software, particularly Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365
• Financial Services industry experience; familiarity with market data applications from vendors such as Bloomberg and Refinitiv
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, often working on several projects at once
• Familiarity with Backup, Desktop Patching, VMware, or Ivanti product suite is desired
• Printer and/or print vendor management is desired
• Mobile Device Management (iOS/Android) is desired
• Base Salary Range
• The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. The anticipated range is based on information as of the time this post was generated and does not include any discretionary bonus or benefits (see eligibility below). The applicable annual salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience, skills, and qualifications. This wage range may be modified in the future.
