Vanta Director, GTM & G&A Recruiting at Vanta leads global hiring across Revenue, Marketing, and G&A roles, managing a team of recruiters and setting recruiting strategy. The role focuses on building and innovating recruiting processes to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and directly manage all GTM and G&A recruiters.
Partner with Vanta’s GTM and G&A leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally.
Build, develop, and innovate unique recruiting strategies to ensure all GTM and G&A recruiting functions are able to hit quarterly hiring goals.
Work with your team to diagnose and solve bottlenecks in the hiring funnel so we keep building a talent-dense organization.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and Vanta’s leadership team.
Manage a small req load as needed, likely focused on key GTM leadership hires.
How to be successful in this role:
10+ years of GTM recruiting experience, including 5+ years of people management in your most recent roles.
Experience recruiting across a wide range of GTM functions globally, with exposure to G&A hiring as a plus.
Experience in both startup and larger, scaled environments.
A data- and metrics-driven approach to building and running a recruiting team.
You protect Vanta and customer data in how your team operates and delivers results.
