Senior Software Engineer (AI Tooling)

Required

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• You’ve designed, built, and delivered an internal tool or system that real people used. Ideally something serving a team of roughly 20 to 100 engineers.
• Experience quantifying your own impact. Being able to say what the problem was, how you solved it, and what measurably improved is the signal we care about most.
• Strong engineering fundamentals across the stack. You can work in unfamiliar parts of a codebase and reason about what’s happening.
• Observational instinct. A lot of this job is noticing what frustrates other people and caring enough to fix it, before anyone files a ticket.
• Comfort working with AI. We’re an AI oriented company with an AI integrated development environment, and you should be willing and able to work inside it. Prior experience with AI coding or productivity tools is a plus, not a requirement.
