Vast Operations Specialist at Vast supports daily office and operational needs including equipment moves, workspace setups, and supply management. This role focuses on learning core systems and safety standards to ensure functional workspaces.
Responsibilities
Assist with organizing, moving, and staging equipment and supplies
Assemble furniture and prepare workstations for new hires, including desks, chairs, and file cabinets
Support onboarding setups and day-to-day workspace readiness
Stock office, shop, and operational supplies as needed
Assist with event setup and breakdown
Perform basic equipment moves up to 40 lbs unassisted
Complete assigned tickets, checklists, and daily task lists
Escalate issues, risks, or missing information to senior team members
Follow safety protocols and operational procedures
Support general office and operations tasks as assigned
Qualification

Required
1+ year of experience in operations, facilities, workplace services, logistics, hospitality, retail operations, or a related hands-on support role
