Head of Global Supply Chain

Required

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in supply chain, including 5+ years leading a supply chain organization.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers and long-lead, complex-BOM supply bases in aerospace, space, defense, automotive or electronics.
• Proven record of scaling supply through a production ramp.
• Strong negotiating, supplier-development and contract skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP planning, S&OP and inventory management.
• Working knowledge of export-control and trade compliance (ITAR/EAR).
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Eligible to access export-controlled technical data (for example, U.S. person status under ITAR/EAR)

• To comply with U.S. Government export control regulations (ITAR), applicants must be one of the following: (i) a U.S. citizen or national, (ii) a lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) a refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) an asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158.
