Sunday Inventory Specialist at Sunday responsible for managing logistics of robot and Skill Capture Glove materials. Own procurement, tracking, and inventory system design to support builds, repairs, and R&D.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized and comfortable working closely with engineers. This is a full-time, on-site role in Redwood City. As Sunday grows, you will help design the processes and systems that let inventory scale with production.
Performing regular cycle counts of robot and glove parts and resolving discrepancies
Receiving, inspecting, labeling and putting away incoming parts
Organizing the stockroom and kitting parts for builds, repairs and R&D
Helping build inventory systems, SOPs and reorder rules as Sunday scales
Coordinate inter-departmental material release/exchange/reception
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in inventory control, stockroom or materials handling, preferably with electromechanical hardware
Strong attention to detail with small, similar-looking components
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; inventory or ERP system experience is a plus
Comfort standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lb
