Assisting in the direction and administration of operations and processes for our funds.

Check and process all cash management and payment processing activities including, margin calls, loan closings,

drawdowns, paydowns, & interest payments.

Ensure the quality and effectiveness of the pricing governance and controls are maintained through identification and

mitigation of pricing risks and the communication/documentation of any enhancements to the framework. Ensure relevant

information is incorporated in the valuation of the investments and that valuations are reflective of fair value.

Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) of funds on a daily, weekly and monthly basis including checking accrued income and

expenses. Provision of intra-NAV estimates to the Asset Managers/Clients when requested.

Liaise with the fund administrator/s to reconcile final fund NAVs and monitor deliverables against service levels.

Work with team members to develop and deliver client reporting, respond to client queries and assist the wider business

where necessary

Oversight of changes to incentive/performance fees, management fees, and any other fee structures in scope
