Openeye RMA Technician at OpenEye responsible for inspecting, testing, and processing returned hardware products. The role involves basic hardware troubleshooting, repair assistance, and documentation in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Inspect returned hardware units to assess physical condition and identify visible damage, defects, or missing components
Log and track units using internal ticketing and inventory management systems
Perform basic hardware testing and troubleshooting to identify failures or defects under the guidance of senior technicians
Assist with component-level or unit-level repairs and refurbishments
Classify returns based on condition in accordance with company policies and procedures
Accurately document RMA transactions and repair outcomes in company systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and adhere to all safety, compliance, and company policies

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed
