This role reports directly to the VP, Global Customer Growth and plays a key role in shaping how Pebl grows and retains its customers across the region.

How You'll Make An Impact:

Lead a North American Account Management team, owning performance across retention and expansion

Coach and develop Account Managers through regular 1:1s, account reviews, and deal support

Own renewal outcomes, account growth, and overall customer revenue performance

Drive structured account planning to deepen relationships and unlock growth opportunities

Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across key accounts

Create a high-performance, accountable, and commercially focused team culture

Use data to identify churn risk, expansion signals, and trends across the customer base

Improve Sold-to-Invoice conversion and reduce friction post–Closed Won

Ensure disciplined CRM usage and clear account ownership across the team

Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to support customer growth
