Mechanism Test Specialist

Required

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Aerospace Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience assembling, integrating, testing, or troubleshooting mechanical or electromechanical hardware.
• Experience working with test instrumentation and laboratory equipment, including DAQs, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and sensors.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, precision measurement tools, and test equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document test results, identify anomalies, and communicate technical findings effectively.
• Comfortable working across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams in high-ownership environments.
• Willingness to support extended hours, weekends, travel, and on-site operations during critical test campaigns.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where hardware testing drives development decisions.
