Fanaticsfbg Senior Motion 3D Designer to design and animate performance-focused video and motion for social and digital platforms. Create 2D and 3D assets and motion templates.

Responsibilities

Most of our players will first meet Fanatics Casino in a vertical video they didn't plan to watch. Your job is to make them watch it and feel something.
You'll design and animate the motion creative behind our paid and organic social, turning static ideas into video that hooks in the first second, communicates with the sound on and off, and scales across dozens of versions while keeping its edge.
Design, animate and edit performance-focused video and motion for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, CTV and display.
Create visually arresting hooks, pacing and payoffs that are built for platform viewing behavior.
Produce versions efficiently across formats (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9), durations, markets and test variables.
Bring the brand to life in motion: typography, transitions, game and product UI, and energy.
Build 2D and 3D assets and scenes for game launches, product and brand moments across campaigns.
Build motion templates, toolkits and After Effects rigs that create consistency speed up the process.
Work closely with creative and design leadership and Paid Media, and use performance data to decide what to try next, whilst also bringing your own innovation to the table
Experiment with AI video, image and audio tools to prototype faster and expand what's possible within the budget.
5+ years in motion design and video editing, with significant experience making social and performance creative.
Expert skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro or similar editing software, plus strong design fundamentals in Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.

5+ years in motion design and video editing with significant social and performance creative experience
Expert skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro or similar editing software
