This role provides direction, training, and operational support for the returns team while ensuring accurate product verification and inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily processing of defective, damaged, non-conforming, and customer-owned computer hardware for return
- Provide day-to-day direction, coordination, training, and operational support for the returns team
- Ensure accurate product verification, documentation, inventory control, RMA processing, vendor returns, and outbound shipments
- Monitor department performance and resolve process issues
- Support cross-functional communication
- Maintain consistent operations across multiple facilities
