1+ years of experience in CRM, marketing operations, or campaign execution across email, push, and/or in-app channels.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong QA mindset. You catch the broken link before the customer does.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, requests, and deadlines within a part-time schedule.
A passion for sports, betting, and gaming products.
Calm, solutions-oriented approach to troubleshooting in a fast-paced, live environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong autonomous work ethic able to execute a project end to end without immediate feedback and direction.
Schedule requirements: Ability to work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Preferred

Hands-on experience with XtremePush, Braze, or similar CRM platforms, and with personalization tools such as Movable Ink.
Experience with Airtable or similar planning and tracking tools.
