Motion Designer

Required

• 1–3 years of experience in motion design, animation, video editing, social content creation, or a related creative discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc., along with AI-assisted creative workflows, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional motion design, video editing, and social-first storytelling.
• A proactive, curious, and experimental mindset with a passion for emerging creative technologies and pushing the boundaries of social content.
• Passion for sports and experience creating entertaining, culturally relevant, and platform-native social content.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative storytelling, with the ability to develop original ideas and own projects from concept through execution.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, and audience behaviors, with the ability to react quickly to real-time sports and cultural moments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and craft across reactive content and premium creative executions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently, embrace feedback, and contribute creatively across teams.
