Fanaticsfbg Program Manager, Onboarding responsible for facilitating in-person onboarding experiences and managing cohort logistics at Fanatics Betting & Gaming New York hub. Partners with Talent Acquisition, IT, and hiring managers to ensure new hires feel confident and connected from day one.

Responsibilities

Facilitate in-person orientation for every New York cohort, and support virtual sessions as needed.
Run cohort logistics, including travel, rooms, speakers, and the ID verification and tech setup block with IT and InfoSec.
Build and maintain orientation content, new hire comms, and resources, and update them based on survey feedback.
Set cohort schedules and cutoffs with Talent Acquisition, and hold the line on fixed start dates.
Prep hiring managers for Week 1 meet-and-greets, and advise business teams on functional onboarding.
5+ years in L&D, onboarding, or talent development, including running a new hire or onboarding program
Strong live facilitation: you can lead a full day with a room of new hires and keep it moving
Strong logistics and project management skills, with experience partnering across TA, IT, HR operations, and hiring managers
Comfort designing and maintaining content and facilitator guides across live and virtual formats
Experience with an LMS and AI tools to speed up creation and delivery
Able to work onsite in our New York office 3-4 days a week.
