Video Producer

Required

• 3+ years of experience in video production, preferably in fast-paced editorial, digital media, entertainment, or similar environments.
• Demonstrated experience producing and directing both longform and short-form video content across platforms such as YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social channels.
• Experience directing celebrity or high-profile talent with confidence and professionalism.
• Strong editorial instincts with a keen eye for visual storytelling, pacing, framing, and audience engagement.
• Deep knowledge of pop culture, emerging digital trends, and social video best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere is a plus.
• Experience in editorial video production is preferred.
• Hybrid role based in New York City with an expectation of working in the office four days per week, plus on-set production as needed. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends is required.
