About B2Spin
We are B2Spin, and we are dedicated to delivering the best Free-to-Play Social Casino and gaming experiences by creating captivating, engaging, and unique products that are accessible to everyone. We have built a team of talented professionals from all over the globe, who are working to continually improve the experiences of our players. We are not looking to just be part of the industry, but to revolutionize it.
The role
B2Spin is scaling fast, and every new app we launch needs to land cleanly on the App Store and Google Play — set up right, compliant from day one, and ready to repeat. As our App Delivery Co-ordinator, you'll be the person who makes that happen: owning every developer account we operate, ensuring our app frameworks scale consistently across them, and keeping the whole team aligned with Apple and Google's ever-evolving requirements. This is a process-ownership role at the heart of our delivery engine.
What you'll do
•
Own our developer account ecosystem — set up and manage Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console accounts end-to-end, including organisation enrolment, D-U-N-S verification, legal agreements, access control, and a central register of all accounts and renewal dates.
•
Keep credentials secure and auditable — manage certificates, provisioning profiles, signing keys and API keys with clear ownership, documented rotation schedules, and no loose ends.
•
Scale our app frameworks with confidence — work alongside engineering to roll frameworks across new accounts in a controlled, repeatable way, ensuring each submission has distinct metadata, assets and configuration that satisfies uniqueness and anti-spam rules.
•
Be the authority on store compliance — monitor policy changes from Apple and Google, brief cross-functional teams on what changes for us, and run pre-submission checks covering age ratings, privacy labels, odds disclosures, regional restrictions and in-app purchase setup.
•
Turn every rejection into a system improvement — own communication with Apple App Review and Google Play support through appeals, Resolution Center replies and warnings, logging root causes and feeding lessons back into our checklists.
•
Coordinate launches across clients and teams — plan submission and release schedules so app launches don't collide, and act as the go-to contact for clients on store requirements and review timelines.
What we're looking for
•
Solid, hands-on experience with App Store Connect and Google Play Console — submissions, releases, store listings and navigating review issues.
•
Strong working knowledge of Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's Developer Program Policies, including rules specific to simulated gambling or social casino categories.
•
Proven experience setting up developer accounts for organisations, including verification, legal entity enrolment and ongoing agreement management.
•
A solid grasp of iOS signing (certificates, provisioning profiles) and Android app signing.
•
Genuinely organised — you keep registers, checklists and process documentation accurate and current without being chased.
•
Clear, confident written communicator, comfortable drafting appeals, policy briefings and client-facing updates alike.
•
Nice to have: familiarity with CI/CD release tooling (Fastlane, Xcode Cloud, Gradle Play Publisher or similar); experience with in-app purchases and subscriptions; knowledge of GDPR, App Tracking Transparency or Data Safety requirements; background in an agency or client-services environment.
Our values

Equal opportunities
We hire based on skills, drive, and ideas — nothing else. Your background, gender, age, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, neurodiversity, or educational path will never be a barrier to joining us.
