BoschGroup HR Service Intern supporting associates across the US and Canada with HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll. Acts as the main point of contact and troubleshoots HR technical systems and processes.

Responsibilities

Support associates across the US and Canada on HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll
Partner with Bosch HR Business Partners and HR Process Owners to support deployment of HR initiatives
Educate managers and associates on HR processes and HR technical tools
Troubleshoot HR issues and escalate to other HR teams when necessary
Communicate daily with customers and perform real-time problem solving

Required

Current student pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree related to Human Resources
Ability to work 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is a one-year internship position.
Strong written, verbal communication, and a demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics
Positive customer relations and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in navigating web based systems and technology platforms, including Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
Proactive, quick learner, and ability to adapt to change
A minimum 3.0 GPA
Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred

Major / Discipline: Industrial Engineering, Process/Quality Mgmt, Industrial/Org Psych, Organizational behavior, Project Mgmt, Human Resources, Business, or related
Class standing (i.e. Freshman): Senior, Masters level
