Responsibilities

Hi there! We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive GCC to join our Sales team in UAE.
Our sales team is tenured, technically curious, and genuinely invested in doing right by the customer. We partner closely across the business, and we operate with a lot of trust: you're given real ownership over your territory, and you're expected to bring your own judgment to how you build it.
This role gives you a book of enterprise accounts to grow and a real say in how you build your territory. You'll work complex, multi-stakeholder deals, and you'll have the backing of sales engineering and customer success behind you as you build credibility and close.
As an Enterprise Account Executive II, you'll own the full sales cycle for a defined set of enterprise accounts, from first conversation through negotiation and close, partnering with sales engineering, customer success, and your manager to navigate complex deals. This role matters because enterprise wins are how Camunda grows its footprint in large accounts, and how we prove the platform works at scale.
Build a territory plan that identifies land opportunities and expand possibilities, leveraging extended resources like partners, marketing, and customer success.
Build account plans that identify whitespace, map stakeholders, and set a realistic path to close.
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, including technical, business, and economic buyers.
Own and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close.
Partner with sales engineering and customer success to build technical credibility and ensure a smooth handoff and adoption after close.
Manage pipeline and forecast with discipline and accuracy.

Required

Solid experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, with a track record across multiple full sales cycles. You know what it takes to move a deal from first meeting to signature without losing momentum.
Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments. You've worked complex deals involving IT, business, and procurement stakeholders, and you know how to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
Developing territory and account planning instincts, with the ability to orchestrate resources efficiently. You can build a plan with some independence, not just work from a list handed to you.
Comfort selling technical products. Experience with process automation, integration platforms, middleware, or similar technical software is a real advantage, since you'll regularly be in the room with engineering and IT buyers.
Negotiation experience under real pressure. You know where to hold firm and where to flex, and you can explain your reasoning either way.
A relationship-building style that goes beyond the transaction. You've had customers start to treat you as an advisor, not just a vendor.
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
