Premiertruck The Continuous Improvement Coordinator promotes a culture of Continuous Improvement within the dealership by building relationships across departments and applying Lean principles. This role supports operational excellence and employee experience harmonization across the Premier Truck Group network.

Responsibilities

Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement throughout the dealership using the Elite Support Program
Build and maintain relationships across departments and the PTG network
Stimulate and motivate others while being responsive to their needs and concerns
Contribute to harmonizing employee experience, customer experience, and operational excellence

1+ years of Dealership experience preferred
Process related training or certifications a plus!
