Marianaminerals The Recruiting Coordinator at Mariana Minerals supports the hiring process by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate candidate data in Ashby. This role partners with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Schedule interviews across time zones, including panels with several interviewers
Guide candidates through each step, from the first call to the offer
Keep candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers informed at every stage so no one is left waiting for an update
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep interviews organized and on schedule
Keep candidate records in Ashby accurate and up to date
Post new roles and keep job listings current
Find ways to improve how we recruit and help put those changes in place
Create a welcoming, positive experience for every candidate

Required

2-5+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
Hands-on experience with Ashby
Skilled at managing busy calendars and complex schedules
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
Clear, friendly communication, both written and spoken
A strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Likes finding better ways to do things and acting on them
A team player who works well with others
