Accenture Federal Services SAP Application Security Consultant (GRC) at Accenture Federal Services responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP application security solutions ensuring user access, compliance, and risk management. The role includes leading user management, role design, access reviews, audit support, and Segregation of Duties assessments.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in User Access Management design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance activities
Perform SAP User Management functions, including user role creation, modification, assignment, and access reviews
Support audit requests and conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk assessments
Analyze, design, develop, and test SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) security components
Provide user provisioning and role design, development, and testing in accordance with security and SoD requirements
Assess client-specific security requirements and recommend security solutions beyond standard SAP controls, including Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and Information Assurance concepts
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure security requirements are incorporated into SAP solutions
Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, and procedures
Support compliance initiatives and remediation efforts related to security findings and audits
Assist with budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities
Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Experience with SAP User ManagementEligibility requirementsAs required by local law

Required

5+ years of SAP Application Security experience
Relevant SAP security and technical certifications
Experience with SAP User Management, role design, access controls, and SoD analysis

Preferred

Experience implementing advanced security models such as ABAC
Experience supporting federal or regulated environments
Strong understanding of SAP security architecture, compliance, and audit processes
Experience leading security teams and large-scale SAP security initiatives
Eligibility requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required
Must be eligible to obtain a government security clearance

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
