Renewable Development Engineer - Power & Energy

Required

• Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution, electric power option preferred
• Experience: 2 – 6 years of relevant engineering or field experience
• Licensure: FE, PE is a plus, but not required
• Experience with energy modeling using PVsyst
• Experience with AutoCAD and preferred PVCase
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Project
• Basic understanding electrical and civil engineering with specific emphasis on PV solar
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers and internal personnel; exercises strong intrapersonal skills.
• Must be self-motivated, well-organized, and a skilled decision maker that is comfortable in a fast-paced design environment
• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
• Commercial understanding of the engineering or construction industries
• Possesses effective written and oral communications skills
