Finni Health The Behavior Technician provides 1:1 ABA support to children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing personalized treatment plans and collecting data. This part-time role involves direct client interaction and collaboration with caregivers and team members.

Responsibilities

✨ Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
✨ Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
✨ Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
✨ Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
✨ Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
✨ Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA

Qualification

✅ Patience✅ Comfortable working weekday 9am-11am

Required

✅ Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
✅ ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
✅ Strong communication and organization skills
✅ Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
✅ Comfortable working weekday 9am-11am
