Skhynixmemorysolutionsamericainc The HR Generalist (Contractor) supports day-to-day HR operations and employee programs across technical and corporate organizations. This role manages routine HR responsibilities and coordinates recruitment, onboarding, immigration, and employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

SK hynix memory solutions America Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist (Contractor) to support day-to-day HR operations and employee programs across our technical and corporate organizations.
This role works closely with the HR Director, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver a positive employee experience and ensure accurate, timely execution of HR processes. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in HR operations, can independently manage routine responsibilities, and exercises sound judgment when handling sensitive matters or escalating issues.
HR Operations and Employee Support
Serve as a point of contact for routine employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, coordinating with the appropriate HR partners as needed.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and documentation while protecting confidential information.
Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
Prepare HR correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Recruitment and Onboarding
Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, initial resume screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting updates in the applicant tracking system.
Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation, and onboarding logistics with hiring managers and internal teams.
Immigration Coordination

Qualification

Strong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree in Human ResourcesExperience in the semiconductorSHRM-CP or a related HR certification

Required

2–4 years of relevant Human Resources experience, with hands-on experience in HR operations, employee support, or HR coordination.
Working knowledge of common HR practices and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently on established processes and collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using HR information systems and/or applicant tracking systems.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or a related industry.
Experience supporting engineering or technical teams.
Experience coordinating employment-based immigration matters with external counsel.
Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, performance review cycles, or other HR programs.
SHRM-CP or a related HR certification.
